“I want to pass this lifestyle on to the next generation.”
This sport grabbed me in 2010 and has never let go. Through every stage of life and all kinds of change, my passion for parkour has stayed constant: something to lean on and a way to express myself through movement. The endless chances to rediscover every corner of your city, explore your physical and mental limits and share that journey with your friends are hard to beat.

“What started as a hobby quickly became my passion.”
My first encounter with parkour and freerunning was seeing a group of young people jumping around in the street. It hooked me straight away, and in 2010 I started myself. Today I’m not only still active as an athlete, I also pass parkour on to the next generation as a coach. That’s why Patrik and I founded the RAW Movement club in 2016.

Schorni Patrick
Parkour since 2007
“Anyone can discover new possibilities in everyday surroundings.”
Daring young men jumping from roof to roof: that was my first contact with parkour, back in 2007. I was 13 at the time and knew immediately: I want to do that too! After my first attempts at the playground, I soon spent every free minute with Vienna’s parkour pioneers, practising the basic techniques and learning the philosophy behind the movement.
Today I’ve finished university and have a “normal” job, but nothing has shaped me as much as parkour. As part of RAW Movement, I want to show that everyone can express themselves creatively and challenge themselves to get better every day.

Parkour since 2010
“A safe, responsible start matters to me.”
A lot has changed in my life, but my fascination with parkour has stayed with me since 2010. What began with copying jumps from YouTube videos became a discipline I train regularly and professionally. The freedom to train whenever and wherever you like, the endless ways to practise and the sense of community are what make parkour special for me.
I coach so that kids, teens and adults can get into their own training safely and responsibly.

Alexander Pauschenwein
Parkour since 2008
“I thought I’d never be able to do that. I was wrong!”
In 2008, a parkour workshop with some of the scene’s top athletes took place in Vienna. My brother talked me into joining – me, a 17-year-old who’d often been told he was too small and too weak for his age. After a few years of intense training, I could get over walls more than three metres high in a matter of seconds.
Together instead of against each other, playful instead of tense, creativity instead of limits: that spirit deserves to be passed on. I’m proud to be part of the RAW family.
