Terms of participation

This English version is provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

§ 1 General requirements

(1) Participants in RAW Movement training sessions must be at least 10 years old, unless otherwise agreed in individual cases. Participants under 18 need written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

§ 2 State of health

(1) By registering, the participant confirms that they are in full physical health.

§ 3 Liability

(1) Participants are responsible for any injuries they sustain. Use of the obstacles at the training location is also at their own risk. RAW Movement accepts no liability for injuries or accidents suffered during training, unless the coach in charge acted with gross negligence.

§ 4 Training

(1) Training location: The training location may vary and will be announced by the coach in good time; it is always easy to reach by public transport and by car.

(2) Coaches: RAW Movement reserves the right to choose its coaches for courses and training sessions entirely at its own discretion. There is no guarantee that the information in the course listing is accurate.

§ 5 Termination

(1) RAW Movement may terminate the contract at any time with immediate effect for good cause, without refunding the course fee. Good cause includes, among other things, cases where

the participant does not follow the coach’s instructions,
the participant’s behaviour disrupts the course to an extent that cannot reasonably be expected of the coach or other participants,
the participant takes unacceptable risks during training.

§ 6 Videos and photos

(1) The participant agrees that photos and videos taken during training may be used by RAW Movement on its website and on RAW Movement’s social media pages, exclusively for its own promotional purposes.

§ 7 Data protection

(1) The participant agrees that RAW Movement collects, stores electronically, processes and uses participant data. RAW Movement undertakes to comply with data protection regulations. RAW Movement is entitled to use participant data for customer and participant administration and for marketing purposes (mailings, customer surveys). To the extent permitted by law, access to the data stored by RAW Movement is limited to RAW Movement, companies affiliated with RAW Movement and any companies commissioned to perform the contract. Data is not passed on to any other third parties.
