Privacy policy
This English version is provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
In short
- This website does not set cookies and does not use any advertising tools. For anonymous visitor statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies.
- Fonts and images are stored on our own web space; no Google Fonts are loaded.
- For course bookings we embed the Eversports calendar. When you book, Eversports processes your details on our behalf.

Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser and your operating system in order to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses are also in place.
Visitor statistics with Vercel Web Analytics
To see which pages are being read, we use Vercel Web Analytics by Vercel Inc. (address above). It records the page you visit, the page you came from, and your browser, operating system, device type and approximate location (country, region, city). No cookies are set and nothing is stored in your browser. Your IP address is not stored. To count visits, a hash is calculated from the request and discarded after 24 hours, so we can neither identify you nor follow you across several days. We only see aggregated figures. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For details, see Vercel’s privacy information on Web Analytics.
Course calendar and booking via Eversports
On our course pages we embed the booking calendar of Eversports GmbH, Vienna. When the calendar loads, technically necessary data such as your IP address is sent to Eversports. If you book a course, Eversports processes the details you enter there (for example your name, email address, phone number and payment details) to handle the booking. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can find more details in the Eversports privacy policy.
WhatsApp group for course updates
After booking, your confirmation email contains a link to our WhatsApp group, where we announce the meeting point and any short-notice changes. Joining is voluntary. If you join, the other members of the group can see your name and phone number, and WhatsApp’s privacy terms apply (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin). If you would rather not join, just let us know and we will give you the meeting point another way.
Contact by email or phone
If you write to us or call us, we use your details only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Taking part in courses
To run our courses, we process participants’ data and, for minors, the consent of their parents or guardians. Further details are set out in our terms of participation.
YouTube video
On the summer camp page we show a video from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The video only loads when you click “Play”. Before that, no data is sent to YouTube; the preview image is stored on our own web space. After you click, the video loads in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube receives your IP address, among other data. The legal basis is the consent you give by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can find out more in Google’s privacy policy.
Links to Instagram
We only link to our Instagram profile; no Instagram content is embedded. Instagram’s privacy terms apply only once you click the link.
Cookies and local storage
Our own pages do not set cookies or store anything in your browser. The embedded Eversports course calendar may store technically necessary data in your browser so that it works; Eversports is responsible for this (see above).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. To exercise these rights, write to us at kontakt@raw-movement.at.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde): www.dsb.gv.at.
